Anker’s new Nano Charger shows the power of iterative improvement and the extent that the smartphone supply chain has made everything from silicon to displays incredibly inexpensive. TL;DR: If you like keyboards with Topre switches, there are few aftermarket keycap options. FKCaps has a Minitel-inspired version with a great URSA profile, but the set’s color is off and is inexplicably missing a few keys for my Realforce PFU keyboard – one of the few Topre options. Topre keyboard switches have some of the qualities of cheap rubber dome keyboards and some of the best mechanical switches. Highlights: Cons: At over 4 lbs it’s too bulky for use as a handheld tablet, but fine as a budget digitizer with the pen, or for use in tent mode for media consumption or presentations. Samsung just announced the foldiest of its foldable phones yet: a 6.5″ phone that folds out in two directions into a 10″ tablet. The 2160 x 1584 inner screen can be configured with three 6.5” phone-sized app windows or any number of other configurations, including a fully windowed on-device DeX environment. When open, it is just 3.9 mm thick; closed it is 12.9mm, roughly equivalent to a Galaxy S25 Ultra in a case. It weighs 309g, about a third heavier than a Galaxy S25 Ultra with that case.
